Mandi is a very unique & talented /singer/songwriter/photographer/multi-instrumentalist. She has great leadership skills
and wants to put them to use. For the past 2 years Mandi has been
taking vocal lessons by Emily Fennell (The Emily Fennell Band) and
continues to improve and expand on her skills & abilities. She took
guitar lessons in high school temporarily and now teaches herself
through the internet and working with other artists. Mandi is working
with Hurricane Harmonies (Phil Bell) putting harmonies in some of his
tracks. Mandi's debut album "Becoming of me" will be available for
purchase in September/October 2007. One of the songs "Search for
solitude" on the album was collaborated with Matt Arana(UK). The song
"Come on people" was recorded and mixed by Erik Solarski and is on the
album. It is gradually gaining respect everywhere. She is working hard
to make this album a success. Whether it would be doing her own art
work to managing her own Recording, Promotion, CD production &
sales. She has played in open mics around Kingston, ON such as;
Portsmouth Tavern, The Merchent & The Scherzo. Mandi played at
Moroni's Restaurant (Gananoque, ON) in 2006. She played at Nostalgia's
Station (Amherstview, ON) new years of 2005. She has played in shows at
St.Lawrence College (Kingston, ON - Fundraising - United way,) where
she attends taking Digital Arts for Musicians in her last semester.
Mandi is a positive, kind, confident, dedicated and committed young
lady and will make a difference. She is looking for friends and people
to learn from and possibly collaborate with in the future. Mandi's
music is a mixture of soul, pop, folk, rock and her lyrics are based on
experience. You CAN do ANYTHING you put your mind too......"THIS IS MY
