Luke 23:44-46 - It was now about the sixth hour, and darkness came over the whole land until the ninth hour, for the sun stopped shining. And the curtain of the temple was torn in two. Jesus called out with a loud voice, "Father, into your hands I commit my spirit."  When he had said this, he breathed his last.

This is what it is all about. This is when it all happened - in the 9th Hour. Jesus accepted the punishment for all of our sins.

Born out of the praise band at Grace Community Church, members of 9th Hour wanted to take their God-inspired music and message to the street. 

Voted as the 2006 KCCM "Contemporary Christian Artists of the Year", 9th Hour has delivered its musical message to audiences of all ages at festivals, youth rallies, churches, coffeehouses and other community events.  9th Hour has had several songs that have faired very well on the Indieheaven radio charts and has been featured repeatedly in Christian Radio Weekly's Indie charts. 

Demonstrating a genuine love of God-inspired music that is rooted in styles of rock, blues, country, jazz and modern worship, 9^th Hour features dynamic harmonies that are backed by a solid guitar driven sound.  The band’s diverse style is appealing to most mainstream musical tastes.  9^th Hour desires to use their music to share with listeners the love and grace of Jesus Christ; to encourage those of faith to be bold and courageous; and to demonstrate professionalism and excellence in the Christian music of today.

9^th Hour is a five-piece Adult Contemporary Christian band:
