(a) Not all submissions will qualify for this program. Songs submitted must be approved by both Indie911 and APM before inclusion. Approval process usually takes 10 working days. Once approved you will be notified via email. We cannot return materials to you.
(b) Music must be professionally recorded. We recommend that it is professionally mastered as well.
(c) We can only accept submissions if you are the sole owner of the copyright in the recordings and the owner of the copyright in the underlying musical compositions (or if you are duly authorized to enter into an agreement with us by each such copyright owner) and if the tracks are free from the indicated restrictions. If money is owed to other copyright owners it is your responsibility to pay out their share of the income that we have paid to you. (As outlined in the licensing agreement) Indie911 reserves the right to accept or reject any submitted tracks and the right to remove tracks from the site and network.
