Still & motion photographer for over twenty years, Michael has pursued visual storytelling for over half of his life in color and B+W. Past works have been published in Parnassus: Poetry in Review, Architectural Digest, Brooklyn Bridge (magazine), & The Village Voice and books Outdoor Structures, and on the covers of; “Kidnapped: Child Abduction in the US” and “The Narrows”. Narrative motion picture works like “Ruth Ann’s Etiquette”, “The Lucky Ones” and documentaries “Silently Drawn: A Conversation with Fosco Maraini,” and “The Roots of the Blues.” Michael’s still work is represented by various galleries and stock photo agencies like Annex Gallery, PictureArts and Solus Images.

Currently leader of the New York City Final Cut User Group, shooter and editor, Michael has pursued visual storytelling for over half of his life. Michael’s narrative motion picture works on projects like “Tribute 9/11” and editorial contributions “Ruth Ann’s Etiquette”, “The Lucky Ones” and documentaries “Silently Drawn: A Conversation with Fosco Maraini,” and “The Roots of the Blues.” Starting out on numerous feature films as a camera assistant, second camera operator and location audio recordist on films like, “Blood Red Lipstick,” “Fine Young Gentlemen,” “Sunburn,” and “Hit and Runway,” also leads a successful still photography career specializing in conceptual visuals.
