About Kestrin Pantera
As a cellist and vocalist, Kestrin has performed with Beck, The Fray, Cary Brothers (of the Grammy Award winning "Garden State" soundtrack), Rob Dickinson (The Catherine Wheel), DJ Adam Freeland (UK), Twiggy (Nine Inch Nails) and Brandi Carlile, among others.
In 2007, Kestrin appeared at Cannes, Sundance, AFI, and Los Angeles Film Festivals in the film "Expired", acting with Academy Award winner Samantha Morton. In 2008 she appeared in the Malibu Film Festival in "Stars and Suns", acting with Najarra Townsend ("Me, You, and Everyone We Know") and has peformed in critically acclaimed music videos (Beck, The Strokes), theatrical productions, and feature films.
Kestrin lived in Taipei, Taiwan for 2 years where she made a living as a voice-over artist and model whilst studying Mandarin, which she now speaks fluently. For fun, she likes to practice Chinese, play with her lightsaber, and produce dark comedic content for the web and film via her Los Angeles-based company, KP2 Productions.
