Are you a record producer, concert promoter, venue manager or band leader struggling to avoid the collapse of a project due to interpersonal differences among your team? Save yourself time, money and reduce stress by letting Solvere facilitate mediation among the disputants. When a difference of opinion involves artistic people or an issue related to, for instance, how credits are formatted on liner notes, the use of special mediation skills and know-how is a necessity. The strategy we use has a high success rate in resolving disputes based on interpersonal difference within a three step process. We charge no fee for the initial consultation in order to determine whether or not mediation is appropriate under the circumstances. A determination in favor of mediation will be followed by scheduling the first session. Most first sessions last for three hours and a flat fee is applies to this session. Subsequent sessions are billed on an hourly basis. Na deferral fee in the event that a session must be rescheduled or canceled within a 24-hour period.
