**Please note:
(a) Not all submissions will qualify for this program. Approval process usually takes 7 working days. Once approved you will be notified via email. If your submission is not accepted we cannot return materials to you unless you provide a self addressed, postage paid envelope. (Please make sure current email address is included in the package)
(b) Music must be professionally recorded. You may submit tracks on CDR provided you include the album artwork as a hi res (minimum 300 dpi) jpeg file. See the Welcome Kit pdf for more details.
(c) We can only accept submissions if you are the sole owner of the copyright in the recordings and the owner of the copyright in the underlying musical compositions (or if you are duly authorized to enter into an agreement with us by each such copyright owner) and if the tracks are free from the indicated restrictions. If money is owed to other copyright owners it is your responsibility to pay out their share of the income that we have paid to you. (As outlined in the digital distribution agreement in the Welcome Kit). indie911 reserves the right to accept or reject any submitted tracks and the right to remove tracks from the site and network.
