Although listeners may immediately identify Adrian Xavier as situated in the reggae genre, a careful listen will sail them through Dance Hall, elements of Hip-Hop, warm isles of smooth soul, jazz, and even rock, revealing an artist who is an intrepid traveler in the musical as well as geographic sense. Born in Seattle and raised all over the west coast Adrian Xavier had a very diverse upbringing, his mother a known peace activist exposed him first hand to some of the most influential and well known environmentalists, activists and artists of the modern area. His father was a DJ in the 80's and worked with Rick Dees on the "Weekly Top 40" and on Solid Gold the Television Show. Playing guitar since age 9, music has always been apart of his life. Adrian Xavier draws on this diverse background to create music that transcends the boundaries of cultures to unify people of all ages , faiths and races. Judging from the number of Seattle clubs and events at which Adrian Xavier has played, you'd deduce he likes his hometown fine, but he reached far-flung audiences world wide with the release of his first Album R. Nature. Over the last few years he has played his songs with Radio Active a former member of Spearhead, Roger Fisher & Mike Druiser original members of Heart and Alan White of Yes and has been recording with and performing alongside Geoffrey Castle violinist of (Children of the Revolution) for the last two years
